The walk is a backpacked one, so participants only carry a light daypack during the walk.
The Víknaslóðir hiking area extends from Borgarfjörður east to Loðmundarfjörður. The area is unique for its spectacular natural beauty, where coves, fjords, limestone mountains and majestic mountain views create an unforgettable landscape. The hiking trails are diverse and peaceful, and the path there leads to a nourishing and enjoyable women's hike with a trousseau.
The trip combines outdoor activities and self-cultivation. The program includes hiking, meditation, light yoga exercises, self-discovery games, cold baths, and shared breakfasts and dinners. It is important to approach the trip with an open and positive mind and enjoy the trip to the fullest.
You will stay three nights in the cabins of the Fljótsdalshérað Tourist Association on the Víknaslóður trails; in Breiðuvík, Húsavík and Loðmundarfjörður, where the facilities are excellent.
